Payne's Latest Offer His Favorite

		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Aug 29, 2007 Lynell Payne named a top three earlier in the summer of Connecticut, Cincinnati and Clemson, however the Marlton, N.J., athlete has always maintained that an offer from Iowa would put the Hawkeyes amongst his leaders. Recently that offer came through for Payne and he took an opportunity to break down the pecking order of schools with us this week.
