		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Sep 30, 2007 Baltimore, Md., signal caller Carroll Washington is just starting to see his recruiting heat up and was able to take his first unofficial visit this month to watch Rutgers take on Maryland. Other then that his team is off to a solid start and Washington is waiting to hear from other schools then the handful contacting him.
