		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Oct 7, 2007 Marquis Spann has been sitting on two offers for months now and is planning to make a decision sometime in November after taking the necessary testing to quality with the NCAA. At this point most of the attention he is receiving are from the two programs that have offered him, however an SEC program is definitely keeping ties on the Paterson, N.J., product.
