Randy Bullock		By Greg Powers Scout.com Date: Oct 12, 2007 Rumors have been circulating all week that Texas A&M had received a commitment from Klein kicker Randy Bullock, and shortly following Friday night’s big 34-6 win over Klein Collins he made it official by calling and informing Coach Franchione that he will be spending his college days kicking as an Aggie.
