Renfrow Starts With One Offer

		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Nov 8, 2007 Penn Charter High School would have had two outstanding prospects for the Class of 2009 until Je’Ron Stokes chose to transfer to Northeast High School this offseason. Remaining at the school however is defensive lineman Justin Renfrow, a raw but talented prospect that has already picked up his first scholarship offer.
