Tide Commitment Brad Smelley's Final Game

		By Andrew Bone Scout.com Date: Dec 3, 2007 Brad Smelley, from Tuscaloosa-American Christian, (Ala.), put on an incredible performance against Leroy last Friday night trying to lead his team to the Class 2A state championship. The Patriots fell short 42-35, but Smelley was on target all night including a 22-yard touchdown to tie the game with 53 seconds remaining. Scout.com witnessed Smelley's sensational performance.
