		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Dec 14, 2007 Oklahoma has lost their second recruit in the last week when Taylor Hill opted to change his mind and give a verbal commitment to the University of West Virginia today. The Mountaineers have been on a roll with recruiting on the offensive side of the ball lately and now get a solid defensive player to go with those weapons.
