SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- Ron Zook has made great strides with the Illinois football program. Part of the credit for the building of the Illini has got to go to Mike Locksley who is responsible for recruiting the Maryland/District of Columbia area. Locksley has made a living out of dominating the region and his legend only continues to grow.
