Bell Heading to a "Special Place"

		By Steve Robertson Scout.com Date: Jan 16, 2008 Rich Bell was all set to become an Ohio Bobcat, but a visit to Tulane changed everything. An official to the New Orleans campus last weekend gave Rich and his father Dick more than enough evidence to surmise that Tulane was the place for Rich to be.
