Jarel Lowery had two early offers from Maryland and Wake Forest and claimed that the Terrapins were his favorite for a long time, however after his visit to Syracuse this weekend that changed and he became the latest addition to a class that has been picking up some very talented players late in recruiting. Lowery talked to us about his decision this evening after arriving home.
