Hears from Two New Programs

		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Feb 10, 2008 Carroll Washington made the trip to San Antonio, Texas this January with a group of other elite recruits from the state of Maryland and was definitely inspired by what he saw as he participated in all activities. Currently he has been sifting from mail from the usual suspects, but two new programs have come into the mix.
