		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Feb 14, 2008 Lackey High School is stacked with talent in the defensive secondary this year and the Penn State Nittany Lions just gave one of them their first offer in safety prospect Malcolm Willis. Willis was obviously extremely excited about the offer and took some time talk about what he liked most about the Nits.
