		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Feb 21, 2008 Baltimore, Md., native Jordan Love picked up his second offer this week when the Penn State Nittany Lions sent down a written offer to his school. Love hasn’t had much contact with Penn State lately, so the offer was somewhat of a surprise to him, however he already has a visit set to State College and is very excited to pick up the offer.
