Jake Heaps is a 6-foot-1, 180-pound sophomore quarterback prospect from Skyline High School in Issaquah, Wash., and Heaps was a revelation for the Spartans this past fall, throwing for well over 3000 yards and leading Skyline to the state 3A title. BYU and Washington have already offered Heaps, even though he won't be signing a letter of intent until 2010.
