Hogs Call for Lartey

Emmanuel Lartey		By Greg Powers Scout.com Date: Feb 27, 2008 After being hired on at Arkansas head coach Bobby Petrino made it pretty obvious that he was going to attack talent-laden states in the south like Georgia with a lot of vigor. The Hogs were able to secure Alfred Davis from Banneker High in the 2008 and they are already back at the school after top 2009 talent Emmanuel Lartey.
