Rippe Earns First Offer

		By Allen Trieu Midwest Recruiting Analyst Date: Apr 23, 2008 Carmel (IN) safety Joe Rippe was one of the key members on a defense that let up an average of just over seven points per game in the 5A playoffs last season. Even with that under his belt and six interceptions to his credit, the recruiting had come along slowly for Rippe. That changed this week as interest has been increasing and the first offer came through.
