		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: May 2, 2008 When we last spoke with Jersey City, N.J., native Khalil Wilkes he had just picked up his fourth scholarship offer and was fresh off of visits to Penn State and Pittsburgh. Since that point the offensive lineman has watched his recruiting picture blow up and is now up to a dozen written offers from programs all over the country.
