Jeff Manning (Scout.com)		By Chris Fetters Northwest Recruiting Analyst Date: Jul 10, 2008 Jeff Manning is a 6-foot-4, 185-pound quarterback prospect from Logan High School in Logan, Utah, and Scout.com first saw Manning at the New Level 7-7 passing tournament in Las Vegas. Since that event, Manning has had an opportunity to get his name out there by checking out some college camps this summer, and this is what he had to say about the different schools he visited.
