GA CB Picks up Offer First, Ready to Commit

		By Burke Hayes Southeastern Recruiting Manager Date: Jul 26, 2008 Kadeem Wise has been waiting for over a month for the Duke Blue Devils to offer, and they have come through. The talented CB had been to a one-day camp and said that he would commit if they offered. It appears that Mr. Wise is a man of his word.
