		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Aug 15, 2008 Three-star offensive lineman Mark Brazinski recently de-committed from Rutgers and is now completely open in his recruiting process again. It didn’t take long for that recruiting to pick up again once he made the news public as he picked up another offer this week from North Carolina.
