Year in and year out the state of Georgia is loaded. On average, over 300 players will sign Division One scholarships, which gives it the most (per capita) in the nation. The Class of '09 should prove no different and making it on a list of the best is as competitive as ever. Inside is a look at who made the cut for the GA Top 100.
