		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Aug 21, 2008 Five-star phenom Tavon Austin is a player that everyone in the country is trying to get a fix on and on Thursday night Scout.com was able to catch up with the elusive running back to get a feel for where he’s at in his recruiting. While many have had him pegged to programs like Penn State and WVU for a long time now, we discovered that isn’t necessarily the case for the Baltimore, Md., native.
