With a new offensive coordinator in town Cardinal O’Hara High School is airing the ball out a bit more, giving senior quarterback and Rutgers commit Tom Savage the chance to showcase his talents a bit more in games. Scout.com was on the scene Friday night to watch the four-star signal caller and while he wasn’t perfect, he was very effective.
