Lartey Gets First Calls

		By Steve Robertson Scout.com Date: Sep 9, 2008 Emmanuel Lartey picked up a half dozen offers before the dog days of summer rolled in. Arkansas, East Carolina, Louisville, Maryland, Mississippi State and North Carolina State all came made their intentions known by putting a written scholarship offer in the mail to the talented corner. Now that college coaches can begin calling, Emmanuel is seeing some schools pick up the pace.
