Emmitt Terrell		By Bob Lichtenfels Regional Recruiting Manager Date: Oct 7, 2008 State College Area High School’s Emmitt Terrell has received an offer from Navy and another from Army. Terrell, who has a family history in the service, is leaning towards Navy, but things could change before national signing day rolls around in February.
