Let's face it, college prospects don't choose a school for tradition. Sure, it plays a role, albeit a small one. In a world where young men are clearly in need of solid leadership, it is relationships that count. With that in mind, recruits choose a future home based on the men with whom they will spend the next 3-5 years, years that will go a long way in forging and refining their character.
