The more things change, the more they remain the same and that saying definitely applies to the Concord (Calif.) De La Salle football team. The Spartans won their 11th straight CIF North Coast Section championship with a dominating 42-14 win over San Leandro (Calif.) and will be No. 1 in the nation for the fourth time in five years.
