Toler Picks Up Fourth Offer

		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Oct 30, 2008 Just last week Western Michigan offered William Penn High School running back Brian Fields a scholarship offer and wouldn’t you know that just a few days ago they extended another offer to his teammate on the defensive side of the ball Lewis Toler as well? We caught up with Toler to talk about the offer and what else he has going on with other programs.
