Taylor Now a Soft Verbal

		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Dec 2, 2008 Rutgers reached into Florida to pick up two-star safety Terrance Taylor this class and got a verbal commitment, however after talking to him on Tuesday evening Scout.com has learned that he is now a soft verbal to the Scarlet Knights. Taylor walked us through his plans as he has official visits set up with a few schools now.
