Smith Could Be PA's Best QB

		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Dec 5, 2008 The Class of 2009 was a bit of a down year for signal callers in Pennsylvania, but the Class of 2010 looks like it could shape up to be a solid one by the Keystone State standards. Lancaster, Pa., native Kyle Smith was very solid as a sophomore, however as a junior he has turned his team into an absolute nightmare to deal with on offense.
