Crab Bowl: Devon Smith

Whether or not Waldorf, Md., product Devon Smith really ran a 4.19 40-yard dash when racing Caleb Porzel this week in practice is irrelevant, however what is relevant is that he is clearly one of, if not the fastest player in the country right now. The diminutive one came into this weekend with a chip on his shoulder as usual and showed his skills.
