		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Jan 6, 2009 Seth Betancourt is certainly one of the best players in the state of Pennsylvania for the Class of 2010, so it is only fitting that he would be offered by the program that is widely considered the best in the state in the Nittany Lions. On Monday the offensive lineman picked up an offer from Penn State and also grabbed another from Temple.
