Radnor, Pa., athlete Jonathan Coleman gave us an interesting perspective on what it’s like to lose a head coach for some recruits in today’s day and age of recruiting and that perspective is that while a head coach is the pillar of a program, the lack of contact they have with recruits in some cases really makes keeping assistant coaches more important at times.
