Chuck Franks has new offer

		By Andrew Bone Asst. Regional Manager Date: Jan 15, 2009 Chuck Franks, strongside linebacker from Fayette (Ala.) County, has a dream to play football for the University of Alabama. Franks never received an offer from Alabama or any SEC program. He decided to commit to Western Kentucky, but recently received a new offer from Arkansas State. Franks received more news Thursday.
