Phillips Adds Big East Offer

		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Jan 22, 2009 Shakim Phillips suffered a ligament injury in his thumb during the last game of his season and is now ready to start lifting again after allowing himself to heal up over time. Because of this he is going to have to skip a few combines early in the spring, however he should be back to 100-percent very soon.
