		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Jan 22, 2009 Kyle Smith blew the doors off opposing defenses all season as a junior and nearly led his team to the Pennsylvania Class AA State Championship game. Smith doesn’t have a cannon for an arm, however he is a touch passer with good size and mobility that will end up getting plenty of looks from FBS programs over the next several months.
