Chuck Franks has decision to make

County, received a grayshirt offer from the University of Alabama as reported by Scout.com last week. Franks grew up a fan of the in-state school, but committed to Western Kentucky instead. He took an unofficial visit to Tuscaloosa to learn more of the Tide's offer.
