ScoutTV is proud to present footage of Honolulu (Hawai'i) Punahou LB Manti Te'o signing his letter of intent February 4th at the Fifth Annual PIAA NLI Signing Day Party at the Blaisdell Center in Honolulu. Te'o signed with Notre Dame over offers from UCLA and USC, among many other schools.
