ScoutTV is proud to present footage of Honolulu (Hawai'i) Punahou ATH Dalton Hilliard signing his letter of intent February 4th at the Fifth Annual PIAA NLI Signing Day Party at the Blaisdell Center in Honolulu. Hilliard signed with the UCLA Bruins over offers from Arizona and Nebraska, among many other schools.
