		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Feb 19, 2009 Kevin Haplea has the right size for the tight end position and has also shown some outstanding quickness at combines so far as well, running a 4.36 short shuttle at his size. Haplea picked up his first written scholarship offer recently from the University of Pittsburgh and will be visiting Penn State this weekend as well.
