		By Rebecca Johnston Scout.com-South Date: Feb 23, 2009 Arthur Jeffery, four-star defensive tackle from Sarasota-Booker, Fla., signed his letter of intent with the Tennessee Volunteers. Jeffery tore his ACL in late August of 2008, and we have the latest of his recovery.
