Regional Manager Date: Mar 16, 2009 The New Level Athletics 7-on-7 tournament in Tampa came to an end Sunday afternoon with two undefeated teams playing for the championship. 'Team Alabama' who had big, physical players vs. 'Team Royal-15/Palm Beach' who had a lot of speed from the Sunshine State.
