Memphis Tour: Fred Harvey Premium Story

Fred Harvey, linebacker from Memphis-White Station, Tenn., is a work-out warrior. He trains at a D-1 sports facility outside of Memphis and holds every strength record for 15-18 year olds. Harvey has collected three scholarship offers and several schools are expected to visit in the spring.
