O.C. Brown, Scout.com three-star offensive guard from Memphis-Manassas, Tenn., has scholarship offers from Colorado, Kentucky and Southern Miss. He is receiving a lot of interest from a couple of out-of-state programs with coaches wanting to spend more time evaluating.
