Chris Leak has won every other major award, so here’s one more for the resume — Student Sports National High School Football Player of the Year. And it should come as no surprise. After all, The Independence (Charlotte, N.C.) star was the Student Sports Sophomore of the Year in 2000 and Junior of the Year in 2001.
