HONOLULU - Last year it was Mana Rosa coming over from Baldwin High School; this year it was Elvis Matagi who left Maui to compete at the annual PIAA Hawai'i High School Football Combine at the Saint Louis School. Rosa was able to parlay his early recruiting success into a full ride to Oregon State. Could Elvis do the same?
