Wisconsin Offers Haplea

		By Matt Alkire Recruiting Analyst Date: Jun 10, 2009 Kevin Haplea, the No. 8 tight end in the country as rated by Scout.com, has picked up another offer from the Big Ten this week. He started talking to the Wisconsin Badgers in May and this week they shot him a scholarship offer.
