Regional Manager Date: Jun 30, 2009 Whit Whitfield, middle linebacker from Birmingham-Oak Mountain, Ala., is back to 100-percent after suffering a torn ACL in the first game of the 2008 season. Whitfield has been to several camps and hopeful for good news when the season gets underway.
