Georgia QB hopeful for D1 offer

		By Matt Day Scout.com-South Date: Aug 11, 2009 Jonathan Watters, three-star quarterback from Pepperell High School in Lindale, Ga., knows he has the talent to play at the D-1A level. The strong-armed signal caller has yet to receive a D-1A offer, but he heard some great news just days ago.
