		By Matt Day Scout.com-South Date: Aug 21, 2009 Jeff Ashley, wide receiver from Whitewater High School in Fayetteville, Ga., believes he has the physical tools to play at the major college level. The big receiver from Southwest-Metro Atlanta has one offer and has remained in close contact with MTSU, but his ultimate decision will come down to playing time.
